Prospect Management Team

What do we do?

Prospect Management partners with schools, colleges, units and teams within the Office of University Development in order to establish coordinated relationships between the University and its constituents. We assist in this coordination through the assessment of available prospect data and by providing a framework for strategic, actionable fundraising plans that adhere to the Comprehensive Prospect Coordination Policy.

Leveraging information to stimulate innovation, the team provides focus to portfolio and pipeline activity, measures performance, encourages collaboration, ownership, and accountability. The team also stewards the institutional memory of U-M's donor and prospect constituencies.
