Gift and Records Administration

What do we do?

Gift and Records Administration (GRA) records and receipts all gifts and pledges made to the University as well as creates and maintains Alumni and Constituent records in DART.

GRA is responsible for ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) accounting standards, and Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) counting standards for all gifts to the University. Accurate reporting of gifts can only occur if all charitable contributions are recorded by GRA and reconciled. From this, official tax receipts are generated.
